On Sunday, June 2, 2024, Saint Stephen’s Celebrated the Feast of Corpus Christi. A team of parishioners came to the church on Saturday to make the beautiful infiorata carpet down the center aisle of the church. The carpet was made from colored sawdust. The celebration began with a bilingual Solemn Mass at 12:00 noon. Following the Mass, the Eucharist was carried through the local streets in a procession where parishioners gave witness to the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. Litanies were prayed during the street procession. The procession concluded at the Church for the Benediction. A reception in Hedges Hall completed the celebration.
